Mind Garden is a digital therapeutic service where you can read and listen to content based on the emotions you’ve selected.
It helps you soothe your mind and view your worries and concerns from a new perspective through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy, and self-affirmation.
